and affiliations with local and state Roofing Associations. We work directly with
roofing material manufactures and carry high credentials as applicators to offer
you extended Material and Labor warranties.
We specialize in all types of residential roofing including: Shingles, Cedar Shakes,
Tile, Slate, Metal Roof Systems, Specialty Metal Fabrication, All types of flat
roof materials and Tapered Insulation for positive water flow. Modified Bitumen,
Thermal Plastic and Waterproof walk decks.
During the course of roof removal, rotted decking and fascia are replaced as well
as bringing your entire roof deck attachment up to code.
CBS Roofing will fill out your Uniform Hurricane Mitigation papers so you can submit
them to your Insurance company for possible lower rates once your roof is complete.
Most Residential roofing takes only 2 days because of the required inspections.
WE NEVER ASK FOR A DEPOSIT. We don’t feel it is necessary for such a short period
of time. Payment is due in full on day of completion.
There are many options for all types of roofing. Underlayments, Roof Covering, Ventilation,
feel free to ask us for samples and references for products that you are considering.
